Hi everyone, I am a canadian citizen with arabic background (but born here, canadian friends etc.. etc... more canadian than arabic..)

Here is the situation:

Between 2003 and 2005 I went maybe 17 times in USA, basically to put gas and two times to go to boston and shopping (my school was not far from

the borde). I was refused 2 times, 1one I wanted to go to NYC refused me bcause (no adress to give them, no cash money, and a

very old car with rust). I was able to reenter the states after that. Second time refused dont remember why, guess I told the guy at

the border just going put some gas or shopping and he refused. Since that time I never returned to the states. BUT

the us border asked canadian border to meet me to know why I was going to the us, I explained it to them and all worked fine with

NO PROBLEM.

NOw next week I am going back to the states to go to new york (by bus) and I will have my unversity schedule, work schedule,

cash money, my adress at the hostel, and an itineray and my round trip bus ticket.

my question is : DO YOU THINK I WILL HAVE PROBLEMS TO GET IN? IF I AM REFUSED DOES IT MEANS THAT I CANONT RENETER NEVER?

PLS GIVE ME THE MORE INFO YOU CAN!

THANKS TO ALL (SORRY I DONT know into what topic to post it)

Nobody here can tell you, or anybody else, if you will be refused entry again.

If you are 'allowed to withdraw your petition to enter the U.S.' it is usually because you show immigrant intent, have spent too much time in the US already, and/or can not provide ties to your home Country. If the POE officer feels you have immigrant intent he/she does not have to allow you entry.

Best you can do is provide as much documentation proving you will be returning as possible.

All you can do is try an entry as described.

Again, this is a family immigration visa forum. e.g. K-1, K-3 and CR-1 etc.

We are not CBP and cannot tell you definitively what will happen at the border.

hmmm,

I don't feel that I give the impression THat I want to immigrate to the states.... I will bring university schedule, salaray proof, employer schedule, passport, us dollars. I don'T KNOW what I can bring more!

The U.S. customs has a sheet called:

Ties and Equities

To have many of the things on this list shows your home is indeed in Canada and that you will be returning.

Things like:

apartment lease

home ownership

utility bills

home phone and bills sent to that home

letter stating you will be returning by a particular date to work/school

other such things...I forget.

Good luck.
