Another Country Overstay !

Hello !!

Got married to american citzen last year, living together in my home country. I have never been in USA.

I have overstayed my student visa in another country ( 4 months overstay ).

No deportation, not stamp on my passaport, left spontaneously.

I have my degree certificate and Police Registration from there !

is it going to be a problem ? I am feeling a little insecure and embarressed.

Well I already sent forms and I put there the exactly the right date that i left that country.

Your over-stay in another country isn't an issue with the USCIS
