plz any body tell me the number for automated message of nvc

I called NVC today at (603) 334-0700 and they put me on hold, there's no AVR anymore as far as I can see. I didn't talk with anyone, I was expecting an automated response. If anyone has any info about this, please share :)

When you call the nvc number listen carefully to follow the instruction and hold the line until somebody pick up the call... You'll need to be patient when you call because their line is usually busy but somebody will definitely speak with you... Depending on the number of callers ahead of you, you could wait anywhere from 1 minute to 50 minutes or more or less... No more AVR

I know this thread is really old but I just checked our NVC case status online and it says:

U.S. Department of State

NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION

Processing at NVC

Application ID or Case Number: MEP2012XXXXXX

Since this isn't the exact wording shown on this post, I'm just curious if (since the message doesn't say anything about generation or processing a specific form, does this most likely mean they've received our fee payments as well as our NVC forms? I'm just curious.

Thanks to any who can answer!
