Dear Friends, I called USCIS today and the costumer service rep said, If It has been 30 days and I still didnt receive any welcome notice or approval notice then I should call back USCIS again also I asked about which address do they have in their systems, the rep answered: This is a private information and I cant share with you. I called USCIS to know If they updated my new address in their sytems but It wasnt helpfull to call them. The rep. also said, If they mailed the letters to old address then all letters will be returned to USCIS back. Maybe they search for address change update in their database and they send my notices and GC to my new address.

That would be correct, calling USCIS is not helpful at all. Maybe you should tell them that you want the papers sent to your current address instead of to your old one. I don't know what their policy is on that, but they SHOULD be able to do it...Change it right over the phone.

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

Make an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office and they can check what address they have for you and will also be able to tell you if anything has been mailed and to which address it was sent.

That's true  , calling USCIS customer service is not helpful at all. After we filed AOS and followed the instruction when changing of the address we received confirmation letter from USCIS that they update our new address. But still I encounter a problem for GC delivery, so I called 1-800-xxxx many times regarding this matter and everytime I gave them the correct address they repeated it to me and and still GC send again to the wrong address. I also make an appointment to our Local office but I just wasted my time and effort they couldn't even give me a stamp for my passport because they said its on the way, just wait and I also asked if where did they sent it and they mention the correct address. I went home and waiting for nothing, so we call them an attention by writing a letter.

Find the office who approved your GC and write them. Hope it could help with your worries.
