OK, this may sound dumb lol but either way, I was wondering how did you guys (those of you who had to send a new & complete medical in, upon receiving a RFE) fit the sealed envelope from the civil surgeon (containing the whole I-693) into the envelope provided by USCIS for the RFE??? Are we really supposed to use that one? Can't we just use a bigger envelope and write exactly what shows up on their envelope? It's just not possible to make the darn thing fit lol unless we crumple the sealed envelope from the CS ...

Well, at least we got it done and it's ready to be mailed this afternoon ... that's if we figure out how the heck to do it lol

Thanks for any insight you might have ...

We used a bigger manila envelope to mail back the RFE response and mailed it to the address that was stamped on the RFE reply envelope that USCIS sent us.

We mailed it using US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It arrived within 2 days and USCIS updated the case status to "received your RFE response and processing has resumed" 4 days after arrival of the package at the California Service Center.

Mine just fitted in the RFE envelope... I didn't think it would but it was a perfect match. But if it really doesn't fit just use a bigger envelope and copy the address and the code number from the one they gave you. It's not sacred information :)

Thanks everyone! We ended up folding the CS envelope so that it would fit into the RFE one ... and it looked kinda bulky but whatever, if they don't like it crumpled, then they'd better provide bigger envelopes from now on lol

At least we're back on the waiting game now ...
