I have been browsing through other folks that are at the CSC (especially those going through Ciudad Juarez, Mexico) and noticed some this year that the process in total was about 4 months. One even had an RFE!

I don't remember the most recent stats, but is anyone else noticing this or is this just casual random anecdotes of luck?

Processing doesn't generally differ by the country of the fiance, although certainly some are more likely to get stuck in security or background checks. Everything is different now - they've had an enormous influx of applications due to the fee increase as well as more service center juggling. So it's just about impossible to find any "norm" these days.

p.s. lots of people get RFEs because they forgot to submit something or sign something or the service center person didn't realize it was there in the packet -- RFEs have no relationship to service center or filing country.
