My fiancée received a phone call at 7AM from us embassy in manila to verify address to deliver letter today? Could this be medical/ interview letter?

I've never heard of USEM calling to verify address for delivering the packet.

Never heard of them calling anyone for anything tho.

Doesn't mean it doesn't happen tho.

Delbros does call sometimes tho to deliver both the packet and the visa mamaya.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

probably not. your timeline shows NVC received on July 11th. it's probably the letter some receive that says the Embassy has received the petition...

It's probably DHL making it sure that she'll be home to receive her packet 4 or the appointment letter. Anyway, congrats to you and your fiancee and wish you all the luck!
