I am trying to make an appointment for CRBA in Cebu City.   The website has grayed out dates,  unable to make appointment.   Has anyone tried walking in and getting it done?      I know I read a post that walk ins are allowed but the post is from 2014.

I am hoping someone has tried this year 2023.

Not sure how it works now if something did change, but when I did the CRBA for my 2 sons in Manila, you don't really make an appointment. You send in the packet and they give you an appointment. In our case they made the appointment faster than I expected. They sent an email and I replied and asked them to move it back a week because I was not in the Philippines yet. They sent back a new date for when I requested and we went in and got the CRBAs.

I created an account to be able to make an appointment for Cebu City,  but the only option I see is for Manila.     Does anyone know if we can still do an appearance for Cebu city?

I am trying to find an appointment slot for October 2023.  Cebu consulate does not take walk ins.  I emailed them and got a response saying just check the website.    When I check the website daily,  there are no slots open.   Does anyone have an idea as to when they usually open this or what is a good day and time to catch the system so I can make an appt?
