NVC will notify you when case is sent from NVC to the consulate.

Was told he needs his police certificate and I need to file a support form and a D260 do I just wait till they tell me so worried I’m going to mess something up this has taken so long

Ds260 is for spousal visas. Police certificate and affidavit of support are brought to the interview. There’s nothing to do now but wait until NVC sends the case to the consulate. This can take weeks or months depending on the consulate backlog.

So when doing I-134 do I just count me when looking at the poverty chart or do I add him to see if I make enough money

Household size must include the petitioner (you) and the beneficiary (fiancé), plus any dependents you have (if any). So the household size for I-134 cannot be less than 2.
