do I sign pretty much everything? (proof of having met, copy of work and lease contracts,etc.)

I'm going down my checklist and everything is in order. Such a relief.

Should I sign all of my support documents for having met? Ex: copy of plane ticket, work contract (actually already signed at an earlier date), and all the attached sheets explaining what "the following" is?

Only sign things you wrote or forms.. you don't need to sign or initial plane tickets etc..

Don't need to sign absolutely everything, but just the forms and any statements that you are including with petition like the letter of intent.
