Last time I was in the US I got married, we've been together for 11 years.  My husband is an American citizen.  Finish my time tourist visa and I returned to Brazil.  What do I have to do now to stay in the US with him? I’m completely lost and need help

You can’t do much right now, he is the one who has to petition you. Tell him to read this guide below, he files I-130 to allow you to apply for a CR1 or IR1 (depending on how long you’ve been married) visa at the US consulate in Brazil:

First clarify whether you are in the USA now.
