How long have you been on ROC?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

My ROC was 1.5 years. So, the best is for you to be patient. Writing letters is just clogging the system.

Using their time to read complain letters instead of working on cases is going to create more backlog
