Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS) I'm not sure what this is mean .... is it a good or a bad sign !!  Do all cases get the same thing before they make the decision @!? and how long it may take them to make the decision !!!? Thanks you all in advance for your help

This is a normal/generic update. It means someone has touched your case, and you may see a decision within the next few months.

It means that they’ve moved your case from the right of their desk to the left, because they needed to make room for their coffee mug. Additionally, they might have cleared the dust it was collecting, to make room for some more.

Basically!! lol funny but not funny my case has been in the same status at the NVC for over a year and a half it's insane!!!

Is your case finished at the NVC just waiting on an interview at your embassy?

Case has been sitting at the NVC since March 2021 no movement waiting on an interview it's getting hard waiting I miss my husband.  And airline tickets are getting really expensive now It's hard to keep traveling every few months.

The good news is that hopefully the airfare will begin to drop around October. I have been pushing back a trip waiting for the airfare to drop, and usually after the summer travel season, the cost will go down.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

December of 2021 to June 2022 is only 7 months and it usually takes a year to go thru the USCIS 1st part of spouse petition

much depends on amount of paperwork that u had to submit like for any past divorce degrees and such

sorry, but this process requires a lot of patience,  a lot of work,  a lot of proof, a lot of money   and a  lot more patience

it will be worth the wait in the end so just bare with the process and let it work out

Take time to go over past posts from others going thru Casa embassy,  read embassy reviews and read the above guides for the process

do not be surprised if after USCIS says documents approved and it goes to NVC to have it wait there a year after u are dq'd for NVC to schedule an interview
