Hello my fellow VJ members,

 

I created this topic for my fellow January 2022 filers for our parents to share our experiences on processing.
 

 

 

Petitioning my Mother

Filed online: January 18,2022

Processing: Texas Service Center

 

I’m not quite sure how long is the processing for the I-130 for Parents.

Mine was saying 1 week till yesterday, now saying your case taking longer

mine got approved already last week of November, now it's in NVC processing to get interview date. Thank God.

Hi, yes. Im just waiting for my mom’s requirements so we can get the interview date.

By any chance did you request an expedite on your case at uscis?
