My number for the ROC starts with MSC

And are all your other case numbers starting  with msc?

I don’t have any expertise today in these limestone caves.  It was a shock to my system that these records are still maintained in paper from.

My original  advice was to contact each director.  I’ve no way to assure you that contacting one director will get results.

I believe the records discussed here are related to background checks which is a part of n400 but not typically an issue for ROC.

Have you reached out to your congressman? Some local offices also have a 1-2 yr backlog wait for interviews presently.

My plan was to wait for the 24 months to expire in October 2022 before reaching out to Raul Grijalva our Congressman so they wouldn't have the excuse of: "Your case is still within the timeline".   His office didn't really do anything for us when we were in CR1 limbo while living in Nogales, Mexico together so not sure if his office would care much this time around.  Once our tax return is done we plan on using part of it to fund the Naturalization Application sometime this summer.
