Me (US Citizen) and my wife (German) entered POE in DFW on October 2nd. It’s now been more than 3 months and neither card has arrived.

We checked the box is DS-260 to request a SSN and filed the whole application electronically.

Is there a website I can check or a phone number I can call to get a status update? I already check SAVE but it could t find a case.

Thanks

You can always go down to the SSA (if they are taking in person appointments) and apply for a SSN with the temporary GC (stamped/endorsed spousal visa).  I know when my cousin came on DVs, they also checked the boxes for the GC and the SSN.  In their case the GCs showed up in about a week, but no SSN, so we went down to the SSA and they applied accordingly.  That was all pre-covid, I understand that GCs are taking more than 8-10 weeks now, maybe more.

Good Luck!

Unfortunately SSN you will just have to apply Call your local office urs maybe taking appointments if not ask what you need to apply.
As for green card first you did pay the $220 fee on the USCIS site correct after the Visa was issued?

What does your status say for your green card on the your case status? The IOE for green card not the I-130 IOE receipt#.

Makes sense for the SSN.

As for the GC, yes we paid the $220. Although I don’t know what you mean by case status on that. So many different websites through this process so I’m not sure which place to check.
