I failed to print my proof of confirmation of appointment

I scheduled an appointment for notarial services at the embassy and my printer was not working properly. I went to print for proof of confirmation. I captured a screen shot but some of the information is blurry. My appointment number is blurry. 

 

Is there a way to recover this letter? I accidentally refreshed the screen and it didn't save the information. 

 

If not, will it be a problem? I assume it is under my passport number and I hope they will understand, if I am not able to recover a better copy.
