Hi.

I've recently read this article and it mentions that premium processing will be available also for I-765.

In your opinion, is this a thing that could materialize in the near future or not?

I haven't find any other sources about it.🤨

Looks like it went into effect last year:

 

https://www.uscis.gov/news/premium-processing-fee-increase-effective-oct-19-2020

 

It is only for certain employment or professional non-immigrant applicants filing I-129 or I-140.  It is not for K1's, I-129f.  It seems EAD can also be affected, but only in association with the above employment petitions.
