You can go to the doctors before the medical and ask them to run a titers test and that will tell you what you still have antibodies for.

Do we actually do have to get ALL vaccines ??

Please note the age requirements on the list you posted.  If you are not a minor or an elderly, you'll probably need only 4 shots at most, assuming you didn't take those when you were a child.

You will have to take all age-appropriate vaccines on the list, unless you have immunization records that show you had them as a child.

Alternatively, you could also ask the doctor to run titers to see if you have antibodies for. However, if the titer tests come out negative, then you still have to take the vaccines. Meaning you would pay for the titer tests PLUS vaccines.

I have had my childhood vaccines, but the ones like hepatitis A and B ; pneumonia and meningitis I have not had that

Please take a look at the age requirements in the screenshot. You don't have to take all the vaccines on the list depending on how old you are. If you have any more doubts, you need to consult the civil surgeon because no one here knows your full medical history.

You will not be required to get the Hepa A & B and meningitis vaccines because you are past the age listed for them, I assume.  As for the pneumonia vaccine, I also assume you are younger than 65 years old, so that will also not be required for you.

Thank you so much , yes, I am past the hep A&B and meningitis age and under the age of 65. I'm relieved to hear I won't need those , I have a terrible needle phobia .

I contacted a immigration Dr today from the list USCIS provided and was told they require these vaccines in the list attached ?

FYI:  Just recently announced -- Starting Oct 1, 2021, COVID vaccine will also be required.

I'm doing my medicals now and it all depends on how old are you and which season we're in just for the flu season.

I did get all these vaccines back in my home country but I have no record of them, so I had to get the required vaccines all over again. I only needed 3 vaccines only.

- MMR

- Varicella

- Tdap

That's all that's needed for someone who's older than 17/18 years old and younger than 60/65. You also need the flu shot if you're doing your medicals in that flu seasons (October to March). Most if not all insurance policies cover these immunizations as they're essential minimum protection coverage (which was added under Obama Care) So they should be COMPLETELY FREE! The civil surgeon visit itself is self-pay and won't be covered by an insurance. However if you get the vaccines done in a pharmacy, or with the civil surgeon using your insurance that should cut the cost dramatically. I could have done these medicals for $200 but I did it for $450 for the convenience of their availability in the weekend and being close to us so I didn't need to take any time off or to drive to them! They also include the X-ray in that base price.

Good luck!
