I do not know if they are currently processing B visa's, there seems a big backlog, she should apply as soon as she can. Presumably she is from Pakistan so they can take a bit longer to process.

Well it is not a positive but it is what it is and sounds like she has a solid case, does her Husband have a B Visa? Is he going by herself?

Neither your nor her parents can have any short term green card for her anyway. Sibling visas take approx 15 years. As she is married your parents would first have to be citizens before they could apply for her and then it’s another 13 or so years. Can’t see how any of that could be an issue for potential of wanting to stay  and adjust.

Both Dubai and Abu Dhabi are currently listed as emergency appointments only for B visas. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html

Huh? The point of that post was that she has no path to stay and adjust. That is what is in her favor - if there was a path for her to stay and adjust, her tourist visa application would be much more likely to be denied.

Really?!?   Dude, you need to do some reading to acquire even a very basic understanding of US immigration.

Can’t see how it was confusing considering I totally explained the context of why there was no path to adjustment, but whatever. It’s all hypothetical anyway seeing as there are no visa appointments available.
