A month should be more than enough time.  You may want to book an appointment at the SSA office for your wife to apply for SSN in person.  First-time applicants are currently being prioritized -- https://www.ssa.gov/coronavirus/

Gotcha. Will do.
we did apply for the SSN to be applied for as we were looking at the DS-260 yesterday.

do you remember if it got sent via DHL? I got an email today saying something in the mail is coming via DHL.
