Mother declaring child late/ late bith certificate

I am Dominican I am doing my daughter green card what the requesting documents for achieve  this  goal. . One of the problems I have is I am doing her green card with late bith certificate . What is the requirement  for the paperwork?

How many years do you mean late birth certificate? I mean which year was your daughter born and which year did you do her birth certificate?

Are you not a US citizen or LPR?  And your profile says country is Turkey and you are pursuing E1 visa?  Please clarify your background and update your profile.

 

Only USCs or LPRs can file a family-based petition for their children.  Also, if the beneficiary is outside the US, they can only apply for a visa, not a green card.

 

For those with late-registered birth certificate, it is recommended to prepare childhood schooling records and religious registration records as supporting evidence in case the interviewing consulate requests for them.
