Thank you! Yes, our ID's/DLs show the same address! All of our evidence starts before we got married, we've had joint accounts since we moved in together, about 6 months before we got married! Good tip!

You're welcome, @oneoftheundergods! A couple of things - the officer will likely want to see your most recent tax return. I would bring transcripts. If your spouse if your sponsor on the I-864, and changed jobs, then I would bring paystubs. I would definitely bring most recent paystubs. They likely want to see that the sponsor is still working.

I remember that the officer really just wanted to see updated evidence of joint finances - tax returns and paystubs.

You're adjusting status from F-1. It's great that you submitted evidence that predates your marriage. That's good. It shows longevity.

Best wishes!

I-751 Joint Filing.

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.

We will definitely be bringing updated pay stubs and tax transcripts! We were not married on the last day of 2020, so our tax returns still show "Single", but we have our most recent 2020 tax transcripts (actually submitted them with the initial application, because we were early this year).
