One of my aunt family (in Pakistan) who was sponsored by her US citizen brother in 2014 told me she was going through the immigration interview process these days. Is it possible that F4 waiting time reduced these days?

Wait time for F4 cases from Pakistan is around 15 years (not 10, not 7).  You can tell from the Visa Bulletin here -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html

Does your aunt have a visa interview letter?

Speculation: Your aunt has probably received an approval notice from USCIS/notice the case is being forwarded to NVC and has misinterpreted this to mean that she will get an interview soon.
F4 Interviews are currently only available for cases filed before 8 Dec 2006 so she still has a long wait.

I think that was it as I asked and she said she did not submit a DS-260 yet.

No she did not, She was gathering all the required documents and called me to help her get the Family Tree Certificate from local National ID card service.

Dear Sal, any idea from which service Center your aunt case is being processed. In which month her case was submitted and when did your aunt receive here approval.
My receipt date is Dec 2014 from CSC and I wonder when to expect approval.

Hi,

I don’t have the inside but she said her brother sponsored her in 2014, also in 2013 September (about 8 years) one of my close relative got sponsored and last month he received a Notice of action saying your case is now moved to National Visa Service. Now when he login to the account he see the message saying something regarding visa is not available at this point and please check your priority date. Interesting thing is the letter he got saying that they will contact him in next 45 days. I’m working with him and he showed me his first receipt that he received in 2013 and now this letter. He is a brother of US citizen.

Thanks,

-Sal

The visa will not be available until his priority date is current as per the visa bulletin. He still has a number of years to wait if his case was filed in 2013.
