Idk which lawyer should I believe

i am in removal proceedings and i got i130 approved and still waiting for the next court master hearing to apply for. Adjustment of status

some lawyers say if you got i131 approved and travelled overseas this is consider self deport and you are not gonna be able to come back

and some lawyers say if u got i131 approved you can travel overseas and come back without any problems and they had clients who were in the same boat

so who should I believe!!!!

have anyone been thru that before?

Page 4 section C seems to imply that the first group is correct.

Are you prepared to stay?  If not, it is not suggested that you leave.

I would highly recommend reaching out to your senators and members of congress. Given all the extenuating circumstances they may be able to support in expediting your hearing date. This is literally what they are there for.
