Hello just wanted to ask.. me along with my 2 brothers has been petitioned under f1 category. My mother who is also my petitioner didn't get the chance to work while in the US but manage to to get a seasonal work in Alaska last 2019 for less than 2 mos. She's got W-2 and 1040 SR tax return but her income is still below the poverty guidelines. My question is, should I also include these documents (w-2, 1040 Tax return) in ds260? Should I also include this in the i864 form even if I have a letter of no income?  Should I ticked yes in the 23a in the form? or just let it be no income?

If your mother is your petitioner she is still your sponsor even if she made zero income. You will need a joint sponsor but your mother will still have to complete the I-864 as the sponsor.

yes we already have a joint sponsor, but she got to work last 2019, she managed to get w-2 and 1040SR but all of those did not meet the poverty guidelines. should I still include it?   or just leave it and just submit a letter explaining that she has no income.

im petitioned under f1 category and my priority date is already current. before even starting just want to make sure that everything is right. My mother who is also the petitioner didnt get the chance to work in the US but managed to work last 2019 for less than 2 mos as a seosanl worker in alaska having said that, she got w-2 and 1040 SR tax return. however its not enough and did not meet the poverty guidelines. should I still include those documents in my ds260? if so should i ticked yes in i864 nos. 23a, what would be the date of her last unemployment? let say her job ended in september 2019? is that it?will they not questioned me about 2018 and 2020. she doesnt have work those years. by the way we have also a joint sponsor

Yes, if she worked she received W-2, filed taxes and should be reporting it all on I-864.

even if it did not meet the poverty guidelins?is the 1040SR the tax return? is it the same with tax transcript? cause the requirements needs itr, tax transcript and w-2

The most important thing is her current income.

You have a joint sponsor because she doesn't meet the poverty guideline. No one will ask about her 2020 or 2018 income which she has none.

Even if she doesn’t meet the income guidelines she still is your sponsor and still has to send the documents.
