Still no results after Green Card Interview

Hello!

My husband and I went for our Adjustment of Status Interview a few weeks ago on March 24th, and still have yet to hear our results or any update on the USCIS Case Tracking website. The interview was average and she only asked us a few general questions, requested some documents, and then told us about the removal of conditions process for our 10 year green card. She made it sound as if the USCIS benefits center makes the decision about our green card results. Has anyone else had an open ended interview left waiting once again?

Yes, that is very common.  I think we waited three weeks after husband's interview for the approval notice.
