Folks, just submitted I-130 online for an immediate relative of US citizen and received a receipt notice (NOA, not the approval notice yet of course) with receipt number and priority date.      Now, mailing I-485 and other forms to file concurrently - attaching I-130 receipt notice  (797C).

On page 4 of I-485 - it is asking for underlying petition; and priority date - do we leave these fields blank as I-130 is not approved yet and filing concurrently; or do we write NOA receipt number for i-130 online?      Kindly advise ...

Write the Receipt number and Receipt date for #12 and #13.

You accessed the I-797C in the online account or are you referring to the payment confirmation email? If the former, how soon was it available from filing date?

It is I-797C NOA receipt that we received on mail after few days of submitting I-130 online.   I am just trying make sure writing receipt number there does not void concurrent filing status and USICS does not take it as though we're claiming that I-130 is already approved, which is not the case.

Doesn't matter what you think you are claiming.  The underlying petition needs to have been filed, an underlying petition doesn't need to be approved

YMMV

You must list the underlying petition. Period.

https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/concurrent-filing-of-form-i-485

Concurrent filing of Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status is when an adjustment of status application (Form I-485) is filed prior to the approval of the underlying immigrant visa petition.  To be considered concurrently filed, the immigrant visa petition and the adjustment of status application (Form I-485) are filed at the same time and mailed together with all the required filing fees and supporting documentation to the same filing location.  They will also be considered concurrently filed if the adjustment of status application (Form I-485) is filed after the immigrant visa petition but while the immigrant visa petition remains pending.
