US Embassy Pakistan - Resume Interview Process

Hello everyone,

 

I have applied for my dad in IR5 category. His DQ is sept 2020. Waiting for his interview letter. Any Idea how long it will take?

Do any one know for IR5 category what DQ dates are being interviewd in islamabad at this point?

Also in the same boat, IR5, DQ Oct 2020, no IV letter yet. Hoping for updates, really hoping for some news.

 I m also waiting for my dad’s IL. His DQ date is sept 2020

So far have only heard of one member from this forum: DQ Nov 2019,  interview was to happen April 2020, cancelled due to COVID, IV happened this week. From State dept bulletins it looks like ~200 IR5 have been issued every month from Islamabad since Biden lifted the ban, but this is definitely not encouraging.

Islamabad is working on Aug Sept 2020 DQ cases. You guys should hear something in next one or two months hopefully

So DQ is for parents interview for visa is what i gather.
What's the designation for US Citizen who filed and approved for I-130 for sibling?  

And any known timeframes for that designation?

My DQ is sept 2020 and I didnt receive any thing.

No, still waiting as well. Do we have any confirmation on an IR5 that has been granted an interview after April 2020

Thank you! Someone on facebook group also confirmed, DQ Sep 29, 2020, IR5, interview is in Nov. This has given me hope.
