The Lagos Consulate are now rescheduling cancelled interviews. Just thought of giving someone hope cause we’ve all been waiting together.

K1 or all the others? Just want to clarify..

A few K1s have received emails with interviews in March/April also. The emails went out yesterday.

Why is it just a few? I’m so frustrated with Nigeria. They are processing other visas and 100s of them at that. They’re just ripping families apart for nothing. Covid my ###. I hope things move along quickly because honestly I’m tired

Unfortunately K1 technically isn’t a family yet. Priority so far has been given to spouse and children cases. COVID has not been kind to K1 cases in general. Hopefully things improve this year.

I get it but if my fiancé was here, I would be married by now. Probably pregnant too. They should leave the technicality out of this and reunite us with our loved ones

At least you guys weren’t banned for most of the past year like many other families and don’t still have a year’s extra wait in front of you as a result

I understand everyone is going through a lot of issues immigration wise but this isn’t a matter of comparison. We ALL want to be reunited with our loved ones. I think I was just expressing my frustration. Unfortunately with Nigeria who knows how much longer the wait is? I’m just frustrated

You are so lucky to be at Lagos! They have started rescheduling, there are other embassies that are just not doing K1s at all, some aren’t even doing any USC spouse/child visas other than emergency cases.

I thank God for any good news. I just pray that EVERYONE everywhere can reunite with their loved ones as soon as possible. I understand there’s a way a pandemic but this has really been tough times for all of us.
