HI. Two days ago, my I-130 got approved for my mother who resides overseas. I am a USC. SO my question is, now that I-130 is approved and package is being sent to NVC. How long does it take for them to get back to me and for my mother to get the interview scheduled?
Based on the website information, looks like the embassy is processing immigrant visas, and here is the source: (https://kz.usembassy.gov/information-for-visa-applicants-as-of-aug-26-about-the-current-state-of-visa-services-2/)

PS. For those who are interested in my timeline, here it is:
Applied June 2020
January 22, 2021 "Your application is being actively reviewed"
January 25th, "we approved your application"

This the process for immigrant visas:

1. Case is DQ'd by NVC.

2. Case then enters NVC queue for your consulate and waits at NVC.

3. Consulate informs NVC of available interview date for upcoming month.

4. NVC schedules interview when case reaches the front of the queue for that consulate.

5. NVC notifies person of interview date via email.

6. NVC then sends case to consulate.

After the interview is scheduled, it can take several days to several weeks for the consulate to receive the case.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

...and right now parent visas are still banned and there will be a big backlog when they are unbanned (hopefully that will be soon) so it will likely be months before an interview.

I think you missed the part on that page about IR5 visa interviews not being scheduled due to the visa ban --

"The National Visa Center (NVC) is scheduling interview appointments for new applicants for IR1, CR1, IR2, and CR2 visas. [...]  No appointments are available for other immigrant visa categories while this Presidential Proclamation remains in effect."

I do not think parents are banned. Based on my research

PP10014. All immigrant visas other than spouses and minor children of US citizens, EB5 investment visas, and select national interest exemptions, are banned.  Instituted by Trump in April and extended twice, now to expire 31 March (unless Biden rescinds it earlier).
