No its not an issue. Russian "middle" names are strange to deal with anyway

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

While true (I think it's more likely than not to run into some patronymic/middle name-related confusion at some point with Russians), I think the OP is the beneficiary and her fiancé the US citizen.

Not an issue at all. Our letters didn't have our middle names either. I'd normally never use my middle name on a letter or form unless it was specifically asked for.
