About that RFE for I-944

I just found out that I had a piece of mail from USCIS at my mailing address with the whole RFE letter sent out around November (just another thing lost in the craziness of 2020 😖). Thing is, I'm 95% sure I sent that in already with my I-485. 

 

Was that sent to everyone regardless or do I have to send the I-944 in. I'm thinking I'll do it just to be safe but not sure if this is something to call in about.

I'm sure you would remember if you sent it or not, it's a big form with a lot of evidence that goes with it, credit report, colleges degree evaluation. 

 

So if you received it, it probably means you didn't send it. Do it asap, there's probably not much time left on the RFE.

I’d send it anyway. If you took a picture/made a complete 1:1 copy of your AOS package’s contents, you should be able to reference that. If you didn’t, that’s super unfortunate for you sadly. To those reading, this is a great example of why you should always keep a direct copy or take pictures of the exact contents of anything you send off in the mail in regards to immigration. To OP: send it anyway. It would suck to have your case denied over this. Good luck, truly.
