There is no information about whether they are taking it or not, just general information about visa and documents

Check to see if your embassy is processing visas and which ones. If your results return 999 that indicates that they are still not processing that visa type. Your mileage may vary.

A "non-immigrant" is a K-1. So, from your research you can deduce that the embassy's next open interview is in 15 days. Now that you have your answer, do something with it. Research, ask questions, and begin to prepare for your next steps.

So it means NVC will transfer case to US embassy?

I would like to make a clarification.  I agree that a K visa is a non-immigrant visa.  But the number of days referenced excludes K visa types.  “All other non immigrant visas” does not mean they will be processing “K” visas in that timeframe.  If the link under the table is selected and the note reviewed on the right side of the screen, it shows this exclusion.

I also got a little skeptical about it, btw it is showing 3 days for non immigrant visa. But that never really happens they always take 3 weeks I guess. I checked other embassies and most and emergency appointment only or 999 calendar days. Made me surprised about Islamabad one, how come 3 days? Hmm 🤔

I was able to unearth this information form the US Embassy Islamabad with a link to contact them. I can't help you much more as this is as much research time, I am going to devote to your original question. You'll need to do some of the heavy lifting. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.
