Second Stimulus Check - Do I need to file 2019 tax return?

Have you tried one of the less-common options?  Freetaxusa, etc?

 

Another option would be for you to send a PDF to a relative in the US, who can then send it in for you by mail.

false results? Yes, if would need to file for the 2019 taxes in order to get the Stimulus if there is another one. Did you receive the previous one?

I called the IRS about that option. Some guy told me that it's not possible due it being a digital signature. If you are going to send by paper, it needs to have the original signature.

Yes, but it doesn't allow me to put "NRA" for my wife's social security.

For example, it told me that the IRS owes me money even though I don't pay taxes to the US.

I did receive the first one.

If it is saying they owe you money then they might just owe you money. I was owed money from the IRS even though I was working abroad at the time.

I know someone who did this when filing on paper actually, and it didn't work.  The IRS changed his status to Married Filing Separately.  It can be amended later after the SSN is received, so not a huge deal.  Just a heads up as this isn't unheard of.
