Accuracy of processing dates

I submitted my I-129f for my fiance living in Vietnam on Mar-20 and received my NOA1 Mar-27. I have sent an inquiry to the USCIS website about my case status as their website indicates any applications prior to Apr-12 might be late. The processing times on this website also say the latest applications accepted were from Mar-30. Are these dates accurate and should I be concerned mine has not yet been processed? Or is this expected with the Covid-19 situation?

I submitted mine for my Fiance in Vietnam as well - submitted June 8th and received NOA1 July 9th. Timeline is predicting she will receive NOA2 towards end of Feb 2021

I go back and forth on this also. I think many people just haven't updated their timelines and that's why the processing date is so off. Before they got to April, it was pretty much the same

I have noa1 of march 25 and still waiting. They are working on march 20 to 27 is what I see on the uscis app tracker. No worries maybe next week.

You should not compare yourself with others as your journey will not be the same as someone else's. You come from a different country, you have diverse cultures that differs from others, you have different parents, you have different personal histories than others. Background checks (especially from eastern countries will take longer) and the final adjudication are all dependent on each other. March is getting adjudicated now but slowly. It will need more time.

 

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.
