My lawyer says she filed i130s for both my kids in Jamaica my oldest will turn 21 in December 2020 and the other girl is 15 years old in June I filed in February and My lawyer don’t even receive the the receipt from uscis she says it’s been a backlog from the 4 months lockdown it’s making me nervous because I can’t hear anything she says the files are in Missouri. Can anyone tell me if they are having the same problem or when my kids would be here am a I got my permanent residence by filing i360

You filed in February and have not gotten a receipt notice yet? That sounds very odd to me.

The Receipt notices should have already been received since you filed in February.

That’s why my lawyer says , I don’t know if she is lying to me why would she, it’s her that helps me to get my permanent residence

Receipt does not come from the service center.   It is generated via the lock box processor.

I submitted a petition for my father in February and the approval for i130 came late august. Perhaps someone is not being honest. During the pandemic they requested documents and they sent the approval. Something doesn’t sounds right. Perhaps it hasn’t been filed

She is the one that help me get my permanent residence I say maybe she don’t want me to track my case I use her address because of the domestic violence

I just sent an email to uscis lockbox hopefully I can get copies of my receipt notices or they can tell me something I really don’t have any more money to hire another lawyer and I payed her off already.
