My wife died and i have  already submited my application for removal of conditions. I called uscis and was asked to submit the death certificate which i  already sent to them, but due to hardship i am planing to move to another state, my questions are

(1) is it possible to move to another state ?

(2) how long can i wait before going into another relationship?

(1) is it possible to move to another state ?  Yes, just let them know your address has changed.  It may change the processing time plus or minus.

(2) how long can i wait before going into another relationship? There are no rules as far as USCIS is concerned.  A marriage ends upon death.  Sorry for your loss ❤️

1. You can move.

2. I believe you can't marry again until you adjust status.

I remember your story. Sorry for your loss.

Just curious, do you have someone already in mind to marry or just doing your homework on when can you, immigration-wise? And if you do have someone, is she from the same country as you?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

You should be good then. Carry on
