Bringing my brother to the USA (additional evidences) PLLLZZ help

Hello guys I hope u doing good

so I have a question about the evidence that I must submit with the aplication(online). I uploaded a copy of my us passport and my naturalization certificate and our birth certificates but THE BIG PEOBLEM is on the next page it gages me THE additional evidences so I’m asking if i must submit it cuz I don’t have them

 

the additional evidence is religious record school record census record written statement

It says “if a required document is unavailable”. Are any required documents unavailable?

I submitted my us passport+ naturalization certificate + birth certificates

Gee. Whatever the instructions say is required. The page you posted also clearly says the secondary evidence is only required if those are unavailable.

Ok so just posting a picture does not always say a thousand words. Are you confused by the instructions, or are you confused by the fact that the online application is asking you to submit something?

I’m literally confused 🤷‍♀️ about the additional evidences if I should submit them cuz it is asking me to submit them BUT when I click on submit and review it gives me the ability to pay the fees

so i don’t want the application to be delayed because of thats why I want to make sure if everything is good, I have submitted birth certificates and us passport

Ok. You only need to submit the additional evidence if you have not submitted what is required. The computer cannot “understand”’ your documents, so it is just checking/reminding you that something else may be required. If you do not think you need to submit it then just ignore it and go ahead and pay the fee and submit.

Follow the instructions by adding additional evidence when you already have required documents you may give a chance to the officer to go over it and find something wrong. Please always provide only required documents and stop. For now you certificate of Naturalization and both birth certificate are enough.

Those items are only required if you cannot provide evidence that your sibling is your sibling.  You need to supply both birth certificates with parent names.  Supply something that shows you are a USC like your passport or your naturalization certificate.  There is zero need to supply both.
