Hi,

Plz, clarify if this is a good time to apply for visit visa b1/b2 from UAE for USA. Are people getting the visit visas and are the immigration centers open for visit visas. Are visitors allowed entry into usa??

Visitors are not barred from entry, so long as they don’t stop at any countries with a travel ban based on physical presence along the way.

Most consulates are not processing tourist visa cases right now. Keep checking.

Most embassies are not issueing B1/B2 visas. They are prioritizing Immediate family base visas such as Cr1 and Ir1 and 2.

You should advise the relative not to break immigration law by using a tourist visa to immigrate.
