Should we be concerned? I thought we would have had the biometrics scheduled by now. Does anyone have any insight into the current wait time on this?

CR-1 Visa Timeline

 

USCIS

7/27/2016: I-130 mailed.

8/02/2016: NOA1.

2/17/2017: NOA2.

2/24/2017: I-130 sent to NVC.

 

NVC

3/03/2017:  I-130 received.

3/09/2017: Case # and invoice # received, AOS and IV fees paid.

3/16/2017: DS-260 submitted; AOS and IV packets sent with EP.

4/06/2017: Case complete.

 

Consulate

4/15/2017: Interview email (P4).

5/09/2017: Medical.

5/15/2017: Interview.

5/19/2017: Visa in hand.

7/05/2017: SSN card received (had to apply in person).

No. Application support center’s closed in March and only recently reopened. All those whose appointments got cancelled should be scheduled first.  I suggest joining the N400 March group on this site.

Consulate Received : 10/6/14 CEAC status changed to ready

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Medical: 10/30/14 Dr. Buteau                  Medical picked up: 11/3/14

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Interview Date : 12/1/14                           Interview Result : Approved !

Within the March 2020 group there has been little progress.  The time for your biometrics will depend to some extent which ASC you are assigned to, and how much backlog they have to deal with.  I am also a March filer and have not heard anything since the original NOA,
