RFE I130 for mom

hi guys I have a  question to ask,any help will be appreciated. I applied for my mom i130 on June 17 2020,online,and i just just checked and I see I have received to add more Evidence, but the letter only stated my name saying I submitted my birth certificate in English only,and they want me to submit the original in foreign language and the English language. So my question is do I only upload the responses online or sent them only via mail or do both.

what does the RFE say to do ? online or to an address. you dont need to do both

If there are no instructions, I would do both. Upload online first  and then mail

Mom case just got approved on September 19 2020,it took 94days..now what's next guys?

NVC gets the file in a few weeks to a couple of months and then you start the visa application and document submission process
