any one here who filed in january 2020? my case was transferred from texas to vermont and i haven’t heard anything from uscis yet. anyone on the same page with me?

hello there! i did not receive a transfer notice. i found out i got transferred when i sent an email to uscis. instead of texas, they told me to check vermont’s processing times which is a lot slower than texas. now im anxious!

You should call USCIS and get it confirmed once again by talking to an officer/representative. Sometimes USCIS give out contradictory information. Nonetheless, my case also got transferred from Texas to Vermont last year. Since then, no updates. Just waiting patiently.

what is your PD? Did you call USCIS? what was their response?

PD is 20 June 2019. No need to call in my case as their response would be "your case is within our processing times".

This thread might be more suitable for you as it has others that have been transferred to the Vermont service center.

 

It also helps a lot if you could fill in your timeline so that you can get estimates and see how others similar to your case are doing, as well as help others in their journey.

I filed my I-130 in 01/30/2020 and received NOA1 from TSC. Then my case was transferred to NSC without given me any notice either. Just like OP, I found out when I emailed to USCIS and they told me to check NSC processing time.
