My case exceeds the time in Case Processing Times, so I am going to notify it on the website.
you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request online.

But there is a Last Action Taken on Case, how do you fill it in?

what ever is the status of the case online

So far, I have only received it. For the first time in January, the first I-797C from USCIS told me that they received my I-130 documents.

Unless yo got an RFE you are most likely going to get a canned 'you should get a reply in 45 days' reply.

Air quotes on the 'should' part, because you will not.
