Hello,i want to know if a joint sponsor already used his sponser for someone in the past can he again become a joint sponsor in immigrant visa please help me.

If the medical problem for your joint sponsor is going to be resolved and he has returned to work before your interview then there is no issue .. if it’s not going to be resolved then you need to

find a replacement joint  sponsor and take all the required paperwork you the interview. You can explain the reason  for the change in joint sponsor at the interview

Can i request now to add another joint sponsor now because my case is under nvc when i check the status because they don't move my case to consular officer because of covid embassy are closed please reply

You can request to add another joint sponsor ,however, Nvc wont look at it. Just make sure everything on the i864 is filled correct. What you can also do is wait until the embassy has received the case and contact them to let them know you will be adding another joint sponsor since the one you previously had wont qualify any longer. They should be able to let you add the new joint sponsor.

A person can sponsor more than one person over time as long as they make enough money for the requirements. There is a question regarding if you’ve sponsored someone else before so you would have to mark off yes and include that info.

NVC won’t look at it as it is already DQ.., I don’t think you will be able to get into CEAC to add anything .. you can try .. but definitely take the paperwork to the interview

The "Sponsor" or joint sponsor can sponsor as many people as their income allows.

You've been given the correct answer to this question already.  Please download the I-864 and the I-864 instructions, then become an A-Student of both.  Doing so will be critical to your ultimate success.

Will they accept the new joint sponser on the spot during the interview because now my case is still at nvc its documentary qualified and the joint sponsor we already had in nvc he's going through surgery and he can't do work that's why i want to know about this what are the options because we don't know when interview comes and don't know the joint sponser person go back to work again
