Police certificate upload

The police certificate we uploaded was rejected twice. The officer just commented "upload the correct certificate ". We obtained this same one from the required authority at Alagbon Lagos. 

I only uploaded the coloured stamped page. 

Am i doing something wrong?

Do you have a fingerprint card? The DoS site says

Special Seal(s) / Color / Format:  They are typically printed on white paper with red background lettering.  Seals are inked, most often in blue, black, or purple.  Bio-data is typed in Times New Roman font. Fingerprint cards must be submitted along with the police certificate.

Yes. A copy of the long sheet for fingerprint was giving to us.  

So we need to include it?

U also have to upload the finger prints.. u should upload a total of three pages

I pray..

Because it took them 4 weeks to review my second upload.

All 3 pages. No need to be sad the embassy isn't open so you have much time.  the rd page, the front and back of the fingerprints.
