I'm working on my I-134...

And I have a former marriage that we filed adjustment of status. It is asking me for the filing date on when we applied for adjustment of status and on when we filed the I-864. My ex has sent me pictures of the I-797 with the case type being "I-485 Application to Register Permanent residence or Adjust Status"

It's been many years so I'm forgetting. We filed in 2015... Did I file the I-864 at the same time as I was working on the I-485? because I need to know the dates on when I filed both to put on the I-134.

Also would the filed date be when they received it? or the notice date?

According to the VJ guide, they are both filed together as part of the I-485 package........I think you could safely put the same date.

Awesome, thank you!

Also on the I-134 it says "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons." Would I write both my Fiances name and information AND my previous spouses name and information? My former spouse has not yet filed for his citizenship so I am still financially responsible for him.

I only worry because I don't want them to think I am filing anything else currently for my ex, cause obviously I'm not. But I technically have submitted a visa petition for my ex..in the PAST.

It asks in the questions before asking about previous affidavits which I obviously filled out his information as well.

Would I need to include any supplemental information about my ex who I'm still technically financially responsible for to our k1 interview I.e. copies of my ex's welcome and approval notices or something???
