Multiple Filer Waiver - SAME Fiance

My fiancé' came to US on K-1 Visa on Oct 1, 2019.

She left Dec 31, 2019.

The facts are:

1.) She was very homesick.

2.) Her father died in April of 2019, and her mother was finding it tough to adjust.

3.) I mistakenly did not give my two boys enough notice about her arrival and they needed more time to adjust.

We decided for her to return home and we would simply re-file.

I did not want to get married with all the confusion.

Are these good enough reasons?

She is from a country that does not allow marriages with a large age difference.

We are still very much in love and want to be together.

Advice?

Gary

Would I need to include a statement requesting Waiver with application, and include these rreasons?

Yes.  Lay the facts and circumstances and specifically request the waiver

YMMV
