MFS, no ITIN/SSN, spouse's foreign income?

Hello guys,

 

My apologies if this topic has been beaten to death here, but I just wanted to get a clear answer.

 

Filing status MFS, spouse doesn't have a ITIN/SSN, do I include her foreign income? My guess is no, since its MFS. I have been seeing the form 2555 floating around, but I'm guessing thats if MFJ. 

 

Also, I live in a community state (TX). She never worked in Texas, doesn't own property here. Community taxation doesn't apply either, correct?

It would only be your income (MFJ). The 2555 is for foreign earned income, this income maybe yours, this excludes 105k (ish) of income.
