Bringing my mother to USA

Hello everyone, 

 

I am a US citizen and I want to bring my mother to USA. I already filed i-130. I don't know what visa category is my mother would have. In addition, what documents do I have to attach to i-130?

You said you already filed the i130,  why are you asking what documents to attach?  A little to late for this

Congrats  She is an IR5.   Yemen is still under EO 13769 and other EOs that may expire at the end of the year.   When she gets to the consulate stage take those into consideration.

Have you looked into the costs of Health insurance for her? And you have a good plan to support that?

yes i did ,but i have not submitted it yet. just want to make sure i attach all required docs.
